Train within your limits.
VICI is a fitness planning and coaching tool, not medical care. You remain responsible for safe exercise choices and for responding appropriately to symptoms or pain.
These Terms of Use govern your access to VICI, including personalized workout planning, guided workout execution, adaptive coaching, progress tools, AI-assisted features, the VICI website, and related services.
VICI is a fitness planning and coaching tool, not medical care. You remain responsible for safe exercise choices and for responding appropriately to symptoms or pain.
AI-assisted output may help explain or review training, but freeform AI text is not automatically authoritative over your validated workout plan.
Keep account credentials secure, use VICI lawfully, and use the in-app or web deletion process if you want your VICI account removed.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and IndyLabs LLC (“VICI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to the VICI mobile application, vici-app.com, support services, and related products and services we make available (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Additional terms presented for a particular feature, purchase, beta program, platform, or promotion may also apply. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms control for that feature to the extent of the conflict.
You must be at least 13 years old to use VICI. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, you may use VICI only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You represent that information you provide to VICI is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are legally permitted to use the Services, and that your use will comply with applicable law.
Exercise involves inherent risks, including overexertion, falls, equipment failure, illness, injury, disability, and, in rare circumstances, death. You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise, workout, resistance, repetition range, duration, progression, substitution, or other training action is appropriate for you.
VICI may allow you to enter limitations, injury areas, recovery information, or a pain/concern report during a workout. These controls help the software make safer product decisions, but they are not a diagnosis or medical assessment and do not guarantee that an exercise or plan is safe for you.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with exercise and with training decisions you make while using the Services.
Certain VICI features require an account. VICI may support email/password, Google sign-in, Apple Sign-In, or other sign-in methods made available by us.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials under your control and for activity occurring through your account. Promptly contact us if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
You may not knowingly provide materially false account information, impersonate another person, create an account for unlawful purposes, or sell or transfer your VICI account without our permission.
You may request account deletion through the app or through our account-deletion page. Deletion may permanently remove plans, training history, progress, personalization, and other account-linked content, subject to the exceptions described in our Privacy Policy and deletion page.
VICI can provide personalized or manually created workout plans, guided workout execution, set logging, exercise substitutions, rest timers, workout shortening, progress analytics, workout history, body-metric and hydration tracking, skill-tree features, recovery check-ins, notifications, and other training tools.
Training plans and recommendations may be generated using deterministic software logic, adaptive systems, AI-assisted systems, or combinations of those approaches. VICI may use information such as the training preferences you provide, completed performance, available equipment, schedule, recovery information, and supported safety inputs.
VICI may propose, apply, or present training changes according to the capabilities and safeguards of the particular plan type. Validated adaptive plans may use structured decision and review workflows rather than permitting unrestricted manual changes.
If you create or edit a manual plan, enter weights or repetitions, choose substitutions, or otherwise provide training information yourself, you are responsible for reviewing those entries before relying on them. Inaccurate inputs can produce inaccurate history, analytics, or future recommendations.
Rest timers, reminders, and notifications are convenience features. Delivery can be affected by device settings, operating-system behavior, connectivity, battery settings, or third-party services. Do not rely on a VICI alert as the sole method of timing, supervision, safety monitoring, or emergency communication.
Some VICI features may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to answer training questions, analyze or refine plans, explain training decisions, interpret user-provided information, or generate other fitness-related content.
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inconsistent, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing output and deciding whether to act on it.
The freeform VICI Assistant is a conversational feature. It is intentionally distinct from authoritative workout records and is not intended to have unrestricted access to your account or silently rewrite your active validated plan merely because of a chat response.
Where supported AI-assisted output could affect training, VICI may require structured outputs, deterministic validation, capability checks, safety rules, confirmation, or other application workflows before accepting a meaningful plan change. These safeguards reduce risk but do not guarantee perfect recommendations.
AI output is not a substitute for a qualified physician, physical therapist, dietitian, trainer, or other professional when professional advice is appropriate.
If VICI offers paid features, purchases, trials, or subscriptions, the price, billing period, trial terms, renewal terms, and material features will be displayed through the applicable purchase flow or app-store listing.
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by the applicable platform and are also subject to that platform's terms and billing rules. Where an offered subscription is described as auto-renewing, it continues according to the disclosed renewal terms until canceled through the applicable store or other authorized billing method.
Store-managed subscriptions can generally be managed through the Apple or Google account used to make the purchase. Deleting the VICI application or deleting a VICI account does not itself cancel a separate store-managed subscription.
Refund eligibility and processing depend on applicable law, the payment method, and the rules of the platform that processed the transaction.
You agree not to misuse VICI. In particular, you may not:
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe conduct violates these Terms, threatens the Services, creates legal or security risk, or harms VICI, users, service providers, or others.
The Services—including software, interfaces, VICI branding, design systems, text, graphics, exercise-related materials, databases, and other content—are owned by or licensed to IndyLabs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use VICI for your lawful personal fitness purposes.
You retain any ownership rights you have in content you submit to VICI. You grant IndyLabs LLC a limited, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, adapt, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, personalize, maintain, and improve the Services consistent with our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit content you provide and that our use of it as described above will not unlawfully violate another person's rights.
VICI may rely on or interact with third-party services such as authentication providers, hosting/database infrastructure, AI/model providers, mobile operating systems, app stores, notification services, or third-party websites and media linked from the app.
Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for a third party's independent availability, security, accuracy, content, or practices except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” IndyLabs LLC disclaims express and implied warranties to the extent those warranties may lawfully be disclaimed, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, noninfringement, and fitness results.
We do not guarantee that VICI will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or available in every region. We also do not guarantee that any plan, target, exercise, AI response, progression, analytics view, streak, recommendation, or other feature will produce a particular strength, muscle, body-composition, weight, appearance, health, performance, confidence, or fitness result.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IndyLabs LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, opportunities, or similar intangible losses arising from or related to the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this includes losses or injuries arising from exercise decisions, equipment use, failure to follow safety precautions, reliance on app or AI content, inaccurate user-entered data, third-party services, service interruptions, or unauthorized account access not caused by our failure to meet a non-waivable legal duty.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to VICI for the Services during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100, except where applicable law requires a different remedy or limit.
VICI is an evolving service. We may add, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features, plan systems, interfaces, content, integrations, or availability. We may also release experimental or beta functionality whose operation changes over time.
We may update these Terms when the Services or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted at this page with a revised effective date, and we will provide additional notice or request consent when required by applicable law.
You may stop using VICI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access consistent with these Terms and applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and accrued rights—continue to apply.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, sale of assets, or other lawful business transaction.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms expressly presented for a particular feature constitute the agreement between you and IndyLabs LLC concerning the Services covered by those documents. Platform terms imposed by Apple, Google, or another distribution provider may also apply to your use of the version of VICI distributed through that platform.
